What happens if it rains?
Bell tents are fully waterproof and designed for UK weather.
They’re raised off the ground, properly tensioned, and perform well in rain and wind.
Rain doesn’t affect the setup, and your guests stay dry and comfortable throughout the weekend.
Do we need toilets and showers?
Most wedding venues around Leeds already have toilet facilities in place.
If your venue doesn’t, we can recommend trusted local suppliers for luxury mobile toilets and hot shower units to match your guest numbers and layout.

Can elderly guests use bell tents?
Yes. Bell tents are spacious, easy to stand up in, and can be fitted with real raised beds rather than air beds.
We’re happy to help plan a setup that works for all ages.
When do you set up and take down?
We usually install your bell tent village the day before your wedding and return to take everything down the day after.
Exact timings are agreed in advance with your venue so everything runs smoothly.
Can you set up bell tents at any venue?
We can set up on most grass sites. We are very lucky round Leeds to have such a good selection of outdoor venues.
