Bell tents are fully waterproof and designed for UK weather.
They’re raised off the ground, properly tensioned, and perform well in rain and wind.
Rain doesn’t affect the setup, and your guests stay dry and comfortable throughout the weekend.
Do we need toilets and showers?
Most wedding venues around York already have toilet facilities in place.
If your venue doesn’t, we can recommend trusted local suppliers for luxury mobile toilets and hot shower units to match your guest numbers and layout.

When do you set up and take down?
We usually install your bell tent village the day before your wedding and return to take everything down the day after.

We can set up on most grass sites. We are very lucky round York to have such a good selection of outdoor venues.
