How Wedding Glamping Works
You book the venue. We handle the accommodation.
1. Get a quote – Tell us your venue, date and rough guest numbers. We’ll send you clear pricing with no hidden fees.
2. Guests book their own tents – We create a private booking page for your wedding. Your guests choose their tent, pick their extras (beds, bedding, etc.), and pay us directly. No spreadsheets, no chasing payments.
3. We set everything up – Our team arrives the day before, builds your bell tent village, and returns after checkout to pack everything down. You don’t lift a finger.

We give you a booking link to share. Each guest picks their tent, chooses their setup (empty tent, beds, bedding, full luxury – whatever they want), and pays us directly.
No spreadsheets. No chasing money. No awkward conversations about who’s paying for what.
Some guests want bare-bones camping. Others want hotel comfort. They decide, they pay, you don’t have to manage any of it.

Is glamping suitable for all guests?
Yes. Bell tents are spacious (you can stand up fully inside), and we offer real raised beds for guests who can’t get up from ground level. We’ve accommodated guests from babies to 80+.
What happens if it rains?
Bell tents are fully waterproof and designed for UK weather.
When properly tensioned bell tents perform very well in rain and wind.
Rain doesn’t affect the setup, and your guests stay dry and comfortable throughout the weekend.
Do you provide toilets and showers?
Most wedding venues have facilities. If yours doesn’t, we can recommend trusted suppliers for luxury mobile toilets and hot showers.
When do you set up and take down?
We usually install your bell tent village the day before your wedding and return to take everything down the day after.
Exact timings are agreed in advance with your venue so everything runs smoothly.
How many bell tents can you provide?
We can supply anything from a handful of tents to large wedding glamping villages for 100+ guests.
Let us know roughly how many people you’re expecting and we’ll recommend a setup that fits your site and budget.
Do guests need to bring anything?
Most guests just need to bring a small overnight bag.

Towels, beds, bedding, lighting and furnishings can all be booked as part of the tent setup.

When do you set up?
We arrive at least the day before your wedding to build the village, and return the day after to pack down. Exact timings are agreed with yourselves and the venue.
