We can supply ex-hire or new bell tents to spec, including fire-retardant certified units that meet venue insurance and festival site requirements. We sell from experience running them, not just shipping them. Trade orders we can usually fulfil to order, even mid-season.

Are these new or used?
Ex-hire. As we replace our fleet we sell the retiring tents on, the exact cotton canvas bell tents we run at weddings and festivals, at roughly half the price of new. Each one is checked, cleaned, and re-proofed before it leaves us.
Why is there nothing listed right now?
Because they are all out earning. In season the whole fleet is in the field. We sell tents on in batches as we rotate stock, usually late season into winter. Join the waitlist and we will email you the moment a size you want comes out.
Why buy ex-hire instead of new off a marketplace?
Price and trust. A tent that cost £600+ new sells for around half that. And these aren't an unknown import, they are tents we have personally pitched, weathered, and maintained for real events, so we can tell you exactly how they hold up. Because we used them.
What condition will they be in?
We grade honestly: Like new, Very good, Good, or Well-loved. Canvas is re-proofed (water, UV, mould) before sale and fire-retardant status is noted per tent. Marks and patina from real use are normal on the lower grades and we say so.
Can I see one before I buy?
Yes. We are based near York in North Yorkshire. Arrange a viewing and we will pitch it for you. Collection from us is free; we can also arrange delivery at standard rates.
Do you sell to other businesses?
Yes. If you run a glamping, events or wedding business and want fleet stock, ex-hire or new, including fire-retardant certified units for venue compliance, get in touch about trade pricing. That we can usually do to order even in season.
After a particular size?
Tell us 4m, 5m or 7m and we'll flag the next one out of the fleet. New trade stock to spec too.
