FAQs
Common questions
Beds only, no tent?
Yes. We have memory foam mattresses, raised bed frames, single and double options. If you have your own tents or accommodation structures and just need beds, we can supply.
How is this different from popup hotel?
Popup hotel is the full package: tent, bed, styling, setup, atmosphere. Bed hire is just the bed. Useful when you have your own tents (military-spec, custom canvas, etc) or when you need overflow beds inside an existing accommodation structure.
Pricing?
Single air mattress £6, double air mattress £12, single memory foam £30, single bed frame £18. We don't charge a separate delivery fee for bed-only hire if you're collecting; if we deliver, normal delivery rates apply.
What's your minimum order?
Our usual minimum order for bed hire is £500.
Linen + laundry?
Yes. Bedding sets are £22 per bed (laundered, branded), towel packs £16. For larger bookings we partner with a Yorkshire linen supplier for collection and return.
Production / film bed hire?
Yes. We have supplied crew beds for productions where the production owns its own tents but needs the beds. Standard rates apply.
