What is a popup hotel?

How is it different from camping?
Your guests don't pitch anything or sleep on airbeds. We deliver, build, style, and pack down. They walk into a fully made-up bed in a styled tent.
How many tents can you set up?
We have run popup hotels from 10 tents to 80+. Larger setups use our long-term van crew and stack across multiple delivery runs.
Where can you set up?
Anywhere with reasonably flat ground and reasonable vehicle access. Festival fields, country estates, film locations, private estates, corporate venues. Send a postcode and we will confirm in 24 hours.
How much does it cost?
Bell tent popup hotels typically run £159-209 per tent for the kit, plus delivery (£120-450 depending on distance) and any styling extras. A 20-tent popup hotel within 1 hour of York is usually £3,500-4,500 all in. We quote per event.
Can you do linen?
Yes. Laundered bedding sets are available as an add-on. For larger setups we partner with a Yorkshire linen supplier who handles collection and return for us.
How far in advance should I book?
Peak weekends (June-August) book 6-12 months out. Off-peak we can sometimes turn around in 4-6 weeks. Earlier is better.
Do you handle the booking page?
Yes. For festivals and events that pass costs to attendees, we host a branded booking page on our domain where guests pick their tent and pay direct. You keep your margin, we keep the admin.
