FAQs
Common questions
How soon can you set up?
Standard lead time is 4-6 weeks. For productions we have turned around setups in 7-10 days when the location and access work. Tell us your earliest possible date and we will tell you what's achievable.
Can you set up on remote locations?
Yes, with caveats. We need reasonable vehicle access (4x4 OK, no helicopter drops). We bring our own water containers and lighting if needed. Power is on you.
Crew accommodation only or talent?
Both. Tell us what your cast and crew need from their accommodation. If they need a higher-spec option, we can suggest a partner.
Standing setup for long shoots?
Yes. Leave the tents in place for a longer shoot and each additional week typically costs 30–50% less than the first week. We confirm the weekly prices in your quote.
Insurance / public liability?
We have £5M public liability insurance and can provide risk assessments.
Confidentiality?
Standard. We sign NDAs without quibble. We do not post crew photos, locations, or productions on socials unless explicitly cleared.
