We've done this for Krankenhaus, Saltburn Folk, The Magpies Festival, and others. The booking page is hosted on book.theglampinggroup.com but branded to your festival.

Common questions
How are bookings and payments handled?
You add a fee per tent (typically £20-50). We host a branded booking page on our domain. Attendees pay direct via Stripe, your fee is calculated automatically and paid to you after the festival.
What does the branded booking page look like?
Hosted at book.theglampinggroup.com/festivals/[your-festival]/. We match your festival branding (logos, colours, hero image). Attendees see your festival, not us.
Do you contact guests about their bookings?
Attendees get confirmation emails from your festival, not from us. We handle the operations side once they've booked: delivery, setup, problems on site.
What's the minimum festival size?
Our minimum is 5 bell tents for venues under 2 hours from York, and 10 for longer journeys. We have run popup hotels of 80+ tents.
Can we collect guest payments ourselves?
Yes. You charge attendees a flat upgrade fee that includes their TGG tent; we invoice you wholesale. Better for festivals that prefer single-price ticketing.
What if attendees damage tents?
Standard wear is on us. Significant damage (tears, burns, missing kit) we charge per item from a published damage rate card. We have run hundreds of festival nights and the damage rate is negligible.
B2B / crew accommodation only?
Yes, we also do crew accommodation only. Same setup, just invoiced direct to the festival rather than through a booking page.

Send the date and rough capacity. We come back inside 24 hours with a suggested setup and per-tent fee.
