A glamping village gives festivalgoers somewhere proper to sleep and gives you a premium upgrade tier to sell. We have run villages from 50 tents up to 1,200 guests, designed around your budget, brand and audience.
Our bell tent hire includes 5m tents with real raised beds available, not camp beds. Empty, basic, or fully styled as upgrade tiers. Krankenhaus is our primary festival partner since 2022.

We build and host a booking page branded to your festival. Share one link: guests choose their tent, package, nights, beds and extras, then pay by Stripe. You do not take a booking, chase a payment or answer a guest question.

Common questions
Can you host the booking page for our festival?
Yes. We build and host a custom booking page on our domain, branded to your festival. There is no platform fee. You can add a per-tent fee on top of the base price and we collect it on your behalf.
Can we add a per-tent fee on top of your base prices?
Yes. Whatever percentage or fixed amount per tent you want, we add it transparently and pay it to you after the event. Most festival partners run a £20-50 per-tent fee.
What is the minimum tent count for a festival to be viable?
Our minimum is 5 bell tents for venues under 2 hours from York, and 10 for longer journeys. Festival jobs scale to 70+ tents with extended crew.
What is the difference between glamping tents and bare bell tents?
Choose a furnished bell tent with rugs, cushions, mirrors and lighting, or an unfurnished tent if guests are bringing their own kit. Real beds are optional extras. Most festivals offer both options.
Can guests choose different durations and we charge different prices?
Yes. A common setup is 3-night versus weekend-only at different price points, or per-night pricing. We set up the booking options and prices to suit your event.
When do you install, and can guests access tents early?
Setup the day before gates open. For tight site builds we can work around your timetable. Guests can usually access from mid-afternoon on setup day if pre-furnished.
Will there be someone on site to check guests in?
For events over 30 tents, yes, we provide on-site check-in, wristbanding and a staffed reception tent for the duration. For smaller events tents come pre-set and guests let themselves in.
What sort of beds do you provide?
Real raised bed frames are available on every tent, not camp beds. Singles can be arranged as a king. Memory foam mattresses and full bedding sets are optional add-ons. Airbeds are an option too for guests who want to keep things light.
How much space does each tent need?
A 5m bell tent has a footprint of about 5m × 5m. Including guy ropes, allow 7m × 7m per pitch. Flat or gently sloping grass works best.
Can we factor our standard campsite fee into glamping prices?
Yes. If your festival charges a per-person camping fee on top, we roll it into the package price so guests see one total at checkout.
