Tent, flooring, festoon lighting and heating come from us, and so do trestle tables with bench seating, sets that seat 8 to 10, which is what most food and beer zones run on. For bar fit-out, lounge furniture, sound, AV and decor we'll point you at suppliers we've worked alongside across the UK.

Common questions
What can a stretch tent be used for at a festival?
VIP lounges, festival bars, chill-out zones, performance shelter, stages, workshop spaces and more. The freeform canvas shapes to whatever the site needs, and it takes very little décor to look good.
How is a stretch tent different from a marquee?
A marquee is a rigid aluminium-frame box. A stretch tent has no frame, just tensioned canvas held up by aluminium poles and pegged at multiple anchor points. It shapes to your site and goes up and comes down quickly, which matters on a tight festival build.
How many people fit under a stretch tent?
Our Small (7m × 10.5m) holds about 75 standing, 50 cinema-style or 35 in a workshop layout. Our Medium (10.5m × 15m) holds 150 standing, 120 cinema-style or 75 in a workshop layout. For bigger crowds our Large is two Mediums laced together along their long edge, 15m × 21m, 300 standing.
Can stretch tents attach to structures or wrap around trees?
Yes. With no rigid frame we can anchor the canvas against an existing structure, wrap it around trees, or shape it to an irregular plot. Send a site plan or photos and we will talk through the rigging.
Can stretch tents go on uneven ground?
Yes. The tensioned, ground-anchored design adapts to undulating ground better than a marquee. We can add Dandy Dura matting. Send photos so we can check the ground and flooring needs.
Are stretch tents waterproof and wind-resistant?
Our stretch tents have waterproof canvas and are designed to resist wind. We check the ground, exposure and forecast, and follow the manufacturer’s limits for each setup. Severe weather may mean changing the plans or taking the tent down.
How quick are they to set up and take down?
Quick. The pole-and-tension system goes up faster than a framed marquee, which is why they work so well on festival builds with tight timetables. We work around your site schedule.

Tent, flooring, festoon lighting, heating and trestle tables with bench seating come from us, sets that seat 8 to 10, which is what most food and beer zones run on. For bars, lounge furniture, sound and staging we will point you at suppliers we have worked alongside across the UK. If you need something we do not offer, just ask.
