"The team were really great to work with and the service was excellent. My daughter and friends had a fabulous time in the tee pee, we booked it for 2 nights as it was so much fun! Thank you so much."

"Great service from The Glamping Group for our festival. Excellent feedback from our guests and the option to include a real bed and mattress was impressive and taken up by many. We'll certainly be using The Glamping Group for our 2024 event. Thanks guys."

"Hired 10 Bell Tents plus a Bridal Tent for our garden festival style wedding. All members of the team were really helpful and responsive! The tents looked amazing and all our guests found them really comfortable and spacious!"
Why a stretch tent
Quick to put up and take down, and modular enough to turn open ground into VIP lounges, bars and stages. The canvas is the décor, and it shapes to whatever ground your festival gives it.
Use cases
Same tent, different jobs. Our team can help you design the layout to maximise space and flow.
On site
Sleap Airfield, Shropshire. Stretch tents held the crowd through the evening displays, with a separate lounge setup running through the day.
Configurations
All inc VAT. Setup and takedown included. Delivery quoted on distance from our York/Malton base.

Two Mediums laced together along their long edge, one 15m × 21m span. Main stage shelter, the big bar, or a hospitality zone that has to hold the whole site when it rains.
Add-ons
Dandy Dura matting. Levels uneven ground and keeps zones usable in the wet.
Perimeter festoon lights and interior festoon lights. Warm, after-dark glow.
Patio heaters and heat lamps. Keeps zones comfortable into the evening.
Bars, furniture & more
Tent, flooring, festoon lighting and heating come from us. For bar fit-out, lounge furniture, sound, AV and decor we'll point you at suppliers we've worked alongside across the UK.
Often hired together
Stretch tents handle the gathering; bell tents handle the accommodation. Festivals pair the two for the full village, stretch tents for the bars and lounges, bell tents for festivalgoers to sleep, with a hosted booking page so they pay direct.
Priced per event
Pop-up glamping villages for 50 to 1,200 guests. Real beds available, on-site crew, a hosted booking page with an optional per-tent kickback.

VIP lounges, festival bars, chill-out zones, performance shelter, stages, workshop spaces and more. The freeform canvas shapes to whatever the site needs, and it takes very little décor to look good.
A marquee is a rigid aluminium-frame box. A stretch tent has no frame, just tensioned canvas held up by aluminium poles and pegged at multiple anchor points. It shapes to your site, handles wind better, and goes up and comes down quickly, which matters on a tight festival build.
Our Small (7m × 10.5m) holds about 75 standing, 50 cinema-style or 35 in a workshop layout. Our Medium (10.5m × 15m) holds 150 standing, 120 cinema-style or 75 in a workshop layout. For bigger crowds our Large is two Mediums laced together along their long edge, 15m × 21m, 300 standing.
Yes. With no rigid frame we can anchor the canvas against an existing structure, wrap it around trees, or shape it to an irregular plot. Send a site plan or photos and we will talk through the rigging.
Yes. The tensioned, ground-anchored design adapts to undulating ground better than a marquee. Add Dandy Dura matting if you want a level interior floor.
Yes to both. The canvas is engineered for UK weather and the low-profile tensioned design handles wind better than marquees of equivalent size. We rig conservatively in exposed venues.
Quick. The pole-and-tension system goes up faster than a framed marquee, which is why they work so well on festival builds with tight timetables. We work around your site schedule.
