Most weddings run on free guest booking, so the only invoice you get is delivery. If you'd rather cover the tents yourself, switch it over and the full breakdown opens up.

Wedding tent hire, asked often.
How many bell tents do I need for my wedding?
Average bell tent sleeps up to 4. Most wedding hosts book one tent per couple plus an extra for singles/family overflow. For a 60-guest wedding, that's typically 12-18 tents. We can advise once we know your guest profile.
Should I get a stretch tent for the ceremony?
Stretch tents are great for outdoor ceremonies that need weather cover without losing the open-air feel. They also work brilliantly for the wedding breakfast and dance floor. If your venue already has indoor reception space, you may only need bell tents for accommodation.
How does the bridal tent work?
Our Bridal Bell Tent (£375) comes with a double memory foam bed and frame, king duvet, rugs, throws, cushions, small tables, decorations, and a bottle of fizz. It's set up alongside the guest tents and ready when you are.
What's the difference between Unfurnished, Essentials and Luxury?
Unfurnished (£159) is the bell tent set up, no furniture. Essentials (£180) adds an apple crate side table, camping light and doormat. Luxury (£209) is fully styled, with rugs, cushions, faux flowers, a vanity mirror and a welcome pack. Real beds and bedding sets are optional add-ons on any package.
Can we contribute to each tent so our guests pay less?
Yes. You can cover any portion of each tent on the booking portal, £100, £150, whatever you want to subsidise. Guests see the reduced price and only pay the difference. We invoice you for your share once bookings come in.
When should I book?
Summer Saturdays book up 6-18 months out. We'd recommend confirming your tent hire as soon as your venue is booked. Smaller weddings 3-6 months out can sometimes work.
How does payment work?
25% deposit confirms the booking. 25% at 6 weeks before the wedding. Final balance (based on actual final tent count) 14 days before. If guests are paying direct via the booking system, that money flows through Stripe straight to us.
Where can you set up?
Most wedding venues with reasonably flat ground work for bell tents. Stretch tents need a bit more space. We've worked at country estates, barns, private gardens, farm venues and outdoor wedding sites across the UK. Send your venue postcode and we'll confirm.
What if it rains?
Tents are weatherproof. Bell tents have heavy-duty cotton canvas with sewn-in groundsheets. Stretch tents are tensioned to shed water cleanly. Most UK weddings plan for both options anyway, the tents handle it.
Can guests bring kids?
Yes. A 5m bell tent fits a couple with two small kids comfortably. Larger families can book two adjacent tents.
