Tent, flooring, lighting and heating are ours, and so are trestle tables with bench seating, sets that seat 8 to 10, delivered and set up alongside the tent. Rustic rather than formal, so they suit a hog roast, a drinks reception or long informal dining. For dressed dining tables, chairs, lounge furniture, dance floors and styling we'll put you on to the people we'd use ourselves.

Common questions
Why choose a stretch tent for a wedding?
A stretch tent gives you a sculptural, open-air space for the ceremony, the wedding breakfast and the dance floor without the dated box look of a marquee. The canvas shapes itself to your venue.
How is a stretch tent different from a marquee?
A marquee is a rigid aluminium-frame box with vertical walls. A stretch tent has no frame, just tensioned canvas held up by aluminium poles and pegged at multiple anchor points. It shapes to your site (around trees, against a building, on a slope).
How many guests fit under a stretch tent?
Our Small (7m × 10.5m) seats around 50 for a ceremony or 35 at round tables, and holds 75 standing. Our Medium (10.5m × 15m) seats up to 120 for a ceremony or 75-90 at round tables, and holds 150 standing.
Can a stretch tent attach to a building or wrap around trees?
Yes, that is one of the biggest practical differences from a marquee. With no rigid frame we can anchor the canvas against an existing wall, wrap it around trees, or shape it to an irregular plot. Send a photo of your venue and we will talk through the rigging.
Can stretch tents go on uneven ground?
Yes. The tensioned, ground-anchored design adapts to undulating ground better than a marquee. We can add Dandy Dura matting. Send photos so we can check the ground and flooring needs.
Are stretch tents waterproof and wind-resistant?
Our stretch tents have waterproof canvas and are designed to resist wind. We check the ground, exposure and forecast, and follow the manufacturer’s limits for each setup. Severe weather may mean changing the plans or taking the tent down.
Do you provide furniture, tables and chairs?
Trestle tables and bench seating come from us, sets that seat 8 to 10, delivered and set up with the tent. They are the rustic kind, right for a hog roast, a drinks reception or long informal dining. For dressed dining tables, chairs and lounge furniture we will put you on to the people we would use ourselves.
What add-ons can we have?
Flooring (Dandy Dura matting), lighting (perimeter and interior festoon lights for a warm evening glow) and heating (patio heaters and heat lamps to keep the gathering going past sunset, even in spring or autumn).
How far in advance should we book?
Summer Saturdays book up fast. For a wedding 6-18 months out is normal. Smaller events 1-3 months is usually fine. Send your date and venue postcode and we will confirm.
