Bell tent guest accommodation for weddings across the UK
Why glamp
Why everyone stays on site
The best weddings keep everyone in one place. No taxis at midnight, no guests slipping off to a Travelodge, no one missing the morning after. They walk from the dance floor to a real bed, and they are back for the breakfast before they have properly woken up. That is what the tents are for: your people together, from the first drink to the last story.
These are the prices each of your guests pays for their own tent. They pick from three core comfort levels, then add real beds, bedding and extras to any package. 5m bell tent sleeps up to 4 people.

Watch who is coming
See the tents fill up in real time: who has booked, who to nudge before the cut-off, and who is sleeping where. On the day we bring everything and crew it all.
A real, live wedding booking page. Yours would carry your names, date, venue, photos and anything else you would like to include.
Somewhere to gather
A stretch tent for the day itself.
Ceremony · dinner · dance floor
Add a stretch tent.
The bell tents are where everyone sleeps. For the ceremony, the wedding breakfast and the dance floor, a stretch tent gives you one sweep of canvas that shapes to your venue, attaching to a building or sitting on a slope where a marquee cannot. We can quote the village and the stretch together, with no second delivery charge.
Pick how guests are paying first. Most weddings run on free guest booking, so you only pay delivery. If you'd rather pay for everything yourself, the calculator opens up.

FAQs
Common questions.
How many bell tents do we need?
A 5m bell tent comfortably sleeps up to 4. Most wedding hosts book one tent per couple plus a few extras for singles and family overflow. For 60 guests, that is typically 15 to 18 tents. The calculator on this brochure will give you a starting number, we firm it up once we know your guest profile.
How does the guest booking system work?
We build a private booking page for your wedding, hosted on our domain and branded with your names and date. You send the link to your guests. Each guest picks their tent, package and nights, and pays direct via Stripe. We handle their queries and payments, you see everything in a real-time dashboard. Free for every event.
Can guests pick different packages and beds within the same wedding?
Yes. Guests choose their own package (Unfurnished, Essentials, Luxury) on the portal, and add bed and bedding upgrades if they want. You can let them choose freely, or lock in one package for everyone if you prefer.
Can guests indicate who they want to share a tent with?
Yes. We add a "who are you sharing with" field to the booking form so guests can pair up. There is not an automatic pooling feature, but the info comes through to you.
Can guests book just one night instead of the full weekend?
Yes. The portal can be configured per-night so guests choose which night(s) they want.
Can we book our own tent through the portal, or do you invoice us separately?
Either works. Most couples book through their own portal so the dashboard reflects everyone. Some prefer a separate invoice. Just tell us what suits.
Is there a deadline for guests to book?
No hard cutoff, but bookings tend to slow about a month out and we usually close the portal a week before your event so we can plan crew and load. Earlier is better for us, but late bookings are usually workable.
Can you show us an example booking page before we commit?
Yes. We will send you a sample link so you can click through and see exactly what your guests will see. The live page can also be tested with close friends first if you would like.
Can you put our photos or artwork on the booking page?
Yes. Send through any photos, branding or event details and we will style the page around them.
How are the tents labelled so guests find theirs?
Each tent gets a sign with the guest names. Easier than numbers and works well for couples sharing.
Can we contribute money towards each tent so guests pay less?
Yes. You can apply a fixed contribution per tent on the portal so guests see a reduced price. We invoice you for your share once bookings come in.
How do we secure our date?
We pencil you in at no cost as soon as you ask. To lock the date in, we invoice you for the delivery fee, which acts as the booking deposit.
When should we book?
Summer Saturdays book 6 to 18 months out. As soon as your venue is confirmed, lock in the tents.
Can we add more tents close to the date if more guests sign up?
Yes. Start with a rough estimate, scale up or down as guests confirm. We firm up final numbers about two weeks before the event.
When do you set up the tents?
Usually the day before the wedding. For larger setups (20+ tents) we may start two days before. We confirm a build window once your date is locked.
Do you offer a getting-ready tent or bridal tent?
Yes. The Bridal Bell comes fully styled with a double memory foam bed, rugs, cushions and soft lighting. Some couples also add a 7m tent set up with tables, mirrors and lighting as a getting-ready space.
Is there power for hairdryers and stylists?
Most venues have a mains point we can run a cable to (we carry around 50m of cabling). For off-grid sites we can supply silent battery units that run lights and hair tools for the morning.
What sort of beds do you provide?
Real raised bed frames available on every tent, not camp beds. Singles can be arranged as a king. Memory foam mattresses and full bedding sets are optional add-ons. Airbeds are an option too if you want to keep things light.
Where can you set up?
Most wedding venues with reasonably flat grass work. We have set up at country estates, barns, private gardens, farm venues and outdoor wedding sites across the UK. Send the venue postcode and we will check.
What if it rains?
Bell tents are heavy-duty cotton canvas with sewn-in groundsheets. They are weatherproof, and we rig conservatively in exposed venues.
How does payment work?
25% deposit confirms the booking. 25% at 6 weeks before the wedding. Final balance, based on actual final tent count, 14 days before. Guest payments through the booking portal go direct via Stripe.
"We hired 13 bell tents for our summer family festival reunion. It added a touch of luxury and comfort to the whole experience. The staff took care of everything, the setup and takedown, the individual bookings and payments, made it totally hassle-free."

"We had 9 bell tents erected at our school camping event. They were clean, spacious and warm. The beds were comfortable too. Great service on the day for putting the tents up. Will definitely use again."
