Breakout space, a launch stand, hospitality for a small guest list.
Stretch Tent Hire · Corporate
A room that does not exist yet, on a site you already have. Company summer parties, staff days, launches and hospitality under tensioned canvas, up to 300 people, on grass or hard standing.
Why a stretch tent
Corporate sites are rarely a clean rectangle of lawn. They are a car park with a kerb through it, a courtyard with a fire escape, a stretch of grass beside the building with three trees in the wrong place. A framed marquee needs the site to fit the tent. A stretch tent has no rigid frame, so the canvas is shaped around what is already there and anchored against the building itself.
Steel ground anchors on grass, ballast on tarmac and block paving. No drilling, nothing left behind.
Our crew handles setup and takedown. Nobody on your team needs to own the tent on the day.
A sculptural canvas sweep reads better in the recap deck and on socials than a white box.
Capacity
All prices inc VAT, setup and takedown included, delivery quoted on distance from our York and Malton base. Standing and seated are our stock figures. Cabaret and theatre are planning guidance, so confirm the final layout with us before you publish a headcount.

The paperwork
Booking a tent for a company is a different job from booking one for a garden. Here is where we stand before you have to ask.
In place. We send the certificate with the quote whenever a venue or facilities team needs it on file.
We raise a VAT invoice to the company and can put your purchase order number on it. Prices here already include VAT.
We do them on unfamiliar sites. Often photos and a map pin answer it faster, and we will say so and save you the morning.
Ground anchors on grass, ballast on hard standing. Tell us the surface up front and it is priced in, not sprung on you.
Dandy Dura matting gives a firm, level surface across grass, which also solves wheelchair and trolley access.
Power distribution, generators, catering and furniture. We hire the tent, flooring, lighting and heating, and refer the rest.

"We hired 13 bell tents for our summer family festival reunion. It added a touch of luxury and comfort to the whole experience. The staff took care of everything, the setup and takedown, the individual bookings and payments, made it totally hassle-free."
★★★★★
"Great service from The Glamping Group for our festival. Excellent feedback from our guests and the option to include a real bed and mattress was impressive and taken up by many. We'll certainly be using The Glamping Group for our 2024 event. Thanks guys."
★★★★★
"Hired 10 Bell Tents plus a Bridal Tent for our garden festival style wedding. All members of the team were really helpful and responsive! The tents looked amazing and all our guests found them really comfortable and spacious!"

On site
Add-ons
Dandy Dura matting. Levels uneven ground, keeps the space accessible, survives a wet week beforehand.
Perimeter and interior festoon. Warm tone that carries the event past sunset without floodlighting it.
Patio heaters and heat lamps, which is what makes a shoulder-season date work at all.
Everything else
Tent, flooring, lighting and heating come from us. For furniture, staging, power, catering and AV we will put you on to the people we would use ourselves. We have built alongside enough of them to know who turns up when they say they will.
Often hired together
Staff days and offsites that run into the evening often need beds on site rather than taxis to three different hotels. The stretch tent covers the day, bell tents cover the night, one crew delivers both.
From £159 per tent
Bell tent villages on site when the venue cannot sleep the whole team. Beds, bedding and towels are priced separately on top.

Company summer parties, staff fun days, product launches, brand activations, hospitality at shows and race meetings, awards dinners, conference overflow and outdoor breakout space. Anything where you need a room that does not exist yet, on a site you already have.
Yes. On grass we use steel ground anchors. On tarmac, block paving or hard standing we ballast instead, so no drilling and no damage. Tell us the surface when you enquire and we will spec the anchoring in the quote, so nobody discovers it on the day.
Small (7m x 10.5m) takes 70 standing or 50 seated. Medium (10.5m x 15m) takes 150 standing or 120 seated. Large (15m x 21m) takes 300 standing or 240 seated. For cabaret rounds allow roughly 60 per cent of the seated figure, and for theatre style you can go slightly above it.
Yes, we carry public liability cover and will send the certificate with the quote if your venue or facilities team needs it on file. Just ask for it.
Yes. We raise a VAT invoice to the company and can put your purchase order number on it. Every price on this page is inclusive of VAT, so the figure you see is the figure that lands.
On an unfamiliar site, yes. Most of the time a few photos and a pin on a map answer it faster. Send those first and we will tell you honestly whether a visit is worth anyone's morning.
Summer Saturdays go early, so for a company summer party 3 to 6 months out is comfortable. Midweek dates and shoulder season are usually much shorter notice. If your date is tight, send it anyway, we would rather tell you no quickly than leave you waiting.
The event carries on. The canvas is engineered for UK weather and the low tensioned profile handles wind better than a framed marquee of the same span. We rig conservatively on exposed sites and shape the canopy to shed rain off the edges you are not using.
No. We hire the tent, flooring, lighting and heating. For power distribution, generators, catering and furniture we will point you at the suppliers we work alongside and would use ourselves, and we will tell you what the lighting needs so whoever supplies the power can size it.
Date, postcode, headcount, and what the surface is. That is enough for us to quote a real number. Quotes back within 24 hours.
