For Wigan and Bolton venues, we check the pitch and access route for soft ground as well as space. Tell us if vehicles cannot reach the site, and send photos so we can plan how the kit will get there.
About ninety minutes each way, so the build is the day before as standard and takedown is the day after. Two runs in a weekend are fine at this range.

A marquee is a rigid aluminium frame with vertical walls and a fixed rectangular footprint. It wants level ground, or a subfloor to make the ground level, and the site has to suit the rectangle.
A stretch tent is tensioned canvas held on aluminium poles and steel ground anchors, with no rigid frame. Its open sides and curved roof can suit gardens, courtyards and field sites. We check the space, ground and exposure before agreeing a layout, and follow the manufacturer’s setup and weather limits.
Prices start at £995 inc VAT fully set up, and a Medium at £1,750 covers 120 seated. If a framed marquee really is the right answer for your event, we will say so.

Festoon lighting needs around 1kW per tent, so you will want a generator or a venue hookup. We will talk that through before the day.

Will it cope with the weather in Atherton?
